حكم نهائي على شاعر قطري بالسجن 15 عاما بتهمة التحريض ضد نظام الحكم a final on a Qatari poet in prison on charges of incite against the verdict

اصدرت محكمة التمييز القطرية الاثنين حكما نهائيا لا يمكن نقضه بالسجن 15 سنة على الشاعر القطري محمد بن راشد العجمي الملقب بابن الذيب، بتهمة التحريض على نظام الحكم في قصيدة، بحسبما افاد محاميه محمد نجيب النعيمي.

وقال النعيمي لوكالة فرانس برس “لقد ايدت محكمة التمييز حكم محكمة الاستئناف بحق موكلي بالسجن 15″.

واعتبر النعيمي ان “القرار سياسي وليس قضائيا” بحق ابن الذيب الذي حوكم خصوصا بسبب قصيدة تناولت احداث الربيع العربي بحسب ناشطين.

وحكمت محكمة الاستئناف القطرية على ابن الذيب في شباط/فبراير بالسجن 15 سنة، مخفضة حكما اصدرته محكمة البداية بالسجن المؤبد بحق الشاعر.

وكانت محكمة امن الدولة القطرية حكمت في 29 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر على الشاعر بالسجن المؤبد بتهمة “التطاول على رموز الدولة والتحريض على الإطاحة بنظام الحكم”.

وسبق للنعيمي ان ركز في دفاعه عن محمد بن راشد العجمي في المراحل السابقة على “عدم وجود اثبات قاطع بان العجمي قد القى القصيدة التي يحاكم بسببها في محفل عام او امام الاعلام وانما في شقته بالقاهرة”.

وكانت منظمة العفو الدولية قالت في بيان ان النيابة العامة القطرية قد تكون استندت في التهم الموجهة للشاعر الى قصيدة تتضمن انتقادا لامير البلاد كتبها في 2010.

الا ان ناشطين قالوا للمنظمة ان السبب الحقيقي لتوقيف ابن الذيب هو قصيدة سياسية تحت عنوان “قصيدة الياسمين” كتبها الشاعر 2011 على ضوء “الربيع العربي”.

وهذه القصيدة المنشورة على موقع يوتيوب تتضمن اشادة بالانتفاضة التونسية التي افضت الى زوال نظام زين العابدين بن علي، وتمنيات بان يصل التغيير الى بلاد عربية اخرى، مع تلميحات قوية في القصيدة قد تشير الى دول خليجية او قطر.

وفي هذه القصيدة، يهنئ ابن الذيب تونس وزعيم حركة النهضة الاسلامية راشد الغنوشي ويقول “عقبال البلاد اللي جهل حاكمها يحسب ان العز في القوات الاميركية”.

ويقول ايضا “كلنا تونس في وجه النخبة القمعية”.

وتعد قطر من أهم الداعمين لعدة انتفاضات في العالم العربي، خصوصا في مصر وتونس وليبيا وسوريا.

وامل النعيمي بان يصدر الامير عفوا عن الشاعر اذ ان العفو الاميري هو الحل الوحيد للافراج عن ابن الذيب بعد الحكم النهائي الذي اصدرته محكمة التمييز.

 

The Court of Cassation issued the country on Monday a final judgment can not be undone sentenced to 15 years at the national poet Mohammed bin Rashid Al - Ajmi , nicknamed the Son of Wolf , on charges of inciting the regime in poem , بحسبما the lawyer said Mohammed Najib al-Nuaimi .Naimi told Agence France-Presse "We have the Court of Cassation upheld the Court of Appeal against my client was sentenced to 15 ."Naimi considered that "the decision is political, not judicial " against the Son of Wolf who tried especially because of the poem dealt with the events of the Arab Spring , according to activists .The Court of Appeal ruled the country for the son of Wolf in February to 15 years in prison , reduced a judgment of the Court of First Instance sentenced to life imprisonment against the poet .The country 's state security court sentenced on November 29 / November on the poet to life imprisonment on charges of " insulting the symbols of the state and inciting the overthrow of the government."Naimi has previously focused in his defense of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al - Ajmi in the earlier stages on "the lack of conclusive proof that Al-Ajmi has delivered a poem that because of them tried in a public forum or in front of the media , but in his apartment in Cairo ."The Amnesty International said in a statement that Qatar General Prosecution may be based on the charges against the poet to include a poem critical of the Amir by in 2010 .But activists said the organization that the real reason for the arrest of the son Wolf is a political poem titled "Ode Jasmine " by poet 2011 in the light of the "Arab Spring ."This poem posted on YouTube include praise the Tunisian uprising that led to the demise of the system Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, and wishes that bringing change to other Arab countries , with strong hints in the poem may refer to the Gulf states or Qatar.In this poem , congratulates son Wolf Tunisia and the Islamic Renaissance Movement leader Rachid Ghannouchi says " Akbal country of Default ignorance ruler calculated that the splendor in the American forces ."He also says " we are all Tunisia in the face of repressive elite ."Qatar is one of the most important supporters of several uprisings in the Arab world , especially in Egypt , Tunisia, Libya and Syria.Naimi hope that the issue Prince pardoned as the poet Amiri amnesty is the only solution to release the son of Wolf after the final judgment issued by the Court of Cassation .
