الرئيس السوري: لا موعد ولا عوامل تساعد على انعقاد مؤتمر جنيف Syrian President: neither the date nor the factors that help the convening of the Geneva Conference 2

بيروت (رويترز) - قال الرئيس السوري بشار الاسد يوم الاثنين انه لا يوجد اي موعد محدد لانعقاد مؤتمر جنيف 2 الذي يهدف الى انهاء الحرب الاهلية في بلاده مؤكدا انه لا توجد عوامل تساعد على انعقاده.
وقال الاسد ايضا الذي يواجه تمردا مسلحا ضد حكمه منذ عامين ونصف العام انه قد يفكر بالترشح للانتخابات الرئاسية المقبلة في عام 2014 قائلا في مقابلة مع قناة الميادين العربية "شخصيا لا أرى أي مانع من ترشحي للانتخابات الرئاسية المقبلة."
وردا على سؤال حول ما اذا كان المناخ ملائما لاجراء انتخابات رئاسية قال الاسد "يستند هذا الجواب على نقطتين الاولى هي الرغبة الشخصية والثانية هي الرغبة الشعبية. بالنسبة للنقطة الاولى والمتعلقة بشخصي انا لا أري مانعا من الترشح للانتخابات المقبلة. اما النقطة الثانية وهي الرغبة الشعبية فمن المبكر الان ان نتحدث عن هذه النقطة لا يمكن ان نبحثها الا في الوقت الذي يتم فيه الاعلان عن موعد الانتخابات الرئاسية."
ويحكم الرئيس بشار الاسد سوريا منذ عام 2000 عندما توفي والده الرئيس حافظ الاسد الذي حكم البلاد اكثر من ثلاثة عقود.
وردا عن امكانية انعقاد المؤتمر في الثالث والعشرين والرابع والعشرين من نوفمبر تشرين الثاني قال الاسد "لا رسميا لا يوجد أي موعد حتى هذه اللحظة. لا يوجد موعد ولا يوجد عوامل تساعد على انعقاده الآن إذا أردنا أن ينجح...أسئلة كثيرة مطروحة حول المؤتمر.. ما هي هيكلية المؤتمر؟"
وترتب موسكو وواشنطن لعقد محادثات سلام بشأن سوريا في جنيف الشهر القادم لكن الاطراف المتحاربة لم تبد استعدادا لتقديم تنازلات. وقتل أكثر من 100 الف شخص اثناء الحرب الاهلية التي بدأت في مارس اذار 2011.
وتؤيد القوى الغربية مدعومة من دول عربية وتركيا قوات المعارضة بينما تؤيد روسيا وايران الاسد.
وهاجم الاسد بشدة عددا من الدول التي اتهمها بالتورط في دعم الارهاب في سوريا وذكر على وجه الخصوص الولايات المتحدة قطر والمملكة العربية السعودية وتركيا فضلا عن الاخوان المسلمين الذين وصفهم بانهم "مجموعة ارهابية وهم يسيرون من ارهاب الى ارهاب اشد."
وقال ان السعودية "تقوم بشكل علني بدعم المجموعات الارهابية في سوريا. امدادها بالمال وامدادها بالسلاح وطبعا دعمها سياسيا واعلاميا."   
ورفض اجراء حوار مع السعودية قائلا "اذا كان عليك ان تفاوض او تبحث مع طرف فلتبحث مع مدير العملية او قائد العملية (في اشارة الى الولايات المتحدة) ولا تتفاوض مع منفذين" واضاف "السعودية هي دولة تنفذ سياسات الولايات المتحدة بكل أمانة."
ودعا الاسد مبعوث الامم المتحدة في سوريا الاخضر الابراهيمي الى الالتزام بمهامه قائلا "هو مكلف بمهمة وساطة. الوسيط يجب ان يكون حياديا في الوسط. لا يقوم بمهام المكلف بها من قبل دول اخرى وانما يخضع فقط لعملية الحوار بين القوى المتصارعة على الارض. هذه هي مهمة الاخضر الابراهيمي."
وأضاف "في الزيارة الثالثة تحدث او ربما حاول ان يقنعني بضرورة عدم الترشح للرئاسة في الانتخابات المقبلة عام 2014 وهذا الكلام كان في نهاية 2012 وطبعا كان الجواب واضحا ان هذا الموضوع سوريا غير قابل للنقاش مع اي شخص غير سوري

Assad also said that facing an armed rebellion against his rule since two and a half years , he might consider running for the next presidential elections in 2014 , saying in an interview with Al Arabiya fields "Personally, I do not see any reason why my candidacy for the upcoming presidential elections . "
In response to a question about whether the climate was suitable to hold a presidential election , Assad said , " This is based on the answer to two points first is personal desire and the second is the desire popular. On the first point and related Bash_khasa I do not see an obstacle to run for the upcoming elections. As for the second point is the desire popular it is early now to talk about this point can not discuss them only at the time of the announcement of the date for presidential elections

And the rule of President Bashar al - Assad's Syria since 2000 when his father died of President Hafez al - Assad , who ruled the country for more than three decades.
Asked about the possibility of holding the conference in the twenty-third and twenty-fourth of November, Assad said " not officially there is no date until this moment.
