فرضت السلطات الأميركية طوقا أمنيا حول متجر في مدينة باراموس بولاية نيوجيرسي في ضواحي نيويورك بعد رصد مسلح بداخله، في وقت قال شهود عيان إنهم سمعوا إطلاق أعيرة نارية.
ولم يبلغ في الحال عن سقوط أي قتيل أو جريح في
إطلاق النار الذي وقع قرابة الساعة 21.20 (02.20 تغ الثلاثاء) حسب شبكة "سي
إن إن"، بينما أكدت شبكة "إن بي سي" أن الشرطة تطارد مسلحا، يرتدي ملابس
سوداء.
وأوضحت وسائل إعلامية أن إفادات الشهود تضاربت بشأن عدد الأعيرة النارية التي قالوا إنهم سمعوها.
وسارع العديد من أصحاب المحال في المركز التجاري إلى إغلاق
