"هايان".. إعصار غيّر خريطة الفلبين"Haiyan"

قتلى بالآلاف ومدن أغرقتها الأمواج العاتية ودمار ومآس خلفّها الإعصار الاستوائي "هايان" الذي ضرب الجزر الشرقية والوسطى في الأرخبيل الفلبيني، الجمعة، ليتسبب في أحد أسوأ الكوارث في تاريخ البلاد.

وقد أكد مسؤولون فلبينيون، الأحد، أن 10 آلاف شخص قد يكونوا لقوا حتفهم في إقليم "ليتي" بعد أن جرفت مياه الإعصار منازل ومدارس ومبان، ودفنت الناس تحت أطنان من الأنقاض، وأغرقت مدنا بأكملها، فاختفت من خريطة الفلبين.

وأرجع خبراء في الأرصاد الجوية العدد الهائل من الضحايا التي خلفها الإعصار إلى ضعف قدرات الفلبين وبنيتها التحتية لصد هذا النوع من الأعاصير العاتية.

وفي تصريحات لـ"سكاي نيوز عربية" قال رئيس الإدارة المركزية لهيئة الأرصاد الجوية في مصر، علي قطب، إن "الأضرار الهائلة في البنية التحتية التي سببها هذا الإعصار في الفلبين طبيعية، ومن الصعب تجنبها نظرا لقوة الإعصار العاتية".

وأضاف أن "العدد الهائل للقتلى الذي خلفه (هايان) يرجع إلى ضعف الإمكانيات والاستعدادات في الفلبين مقارنة بدول أخرى لديها قدرات متقدمة"، مشيرا إلى إعصار كاترينا الذي ضرب الولايات المتحدة في 2005، وكان قريبا من قوة "هايان" لكن عدد ضحاياه لم يتجاوز 500 شخص.

وقال قطب إن إعصار "هايان" صنف من الدرجة الخامسة، وهو أقوى بقليل من إعصار كاترينا، إذ بلغت سرعة الرياح خلاله 350 كيلومترا في الساعة، أما سرعة الإعصار نفسه فتجاوزت 30 كيلومترا في الساعة.

"هايان" يهدد فيتنام

وقال قطب إن "هايان" في طريقه الآن إلى فيتنام، ولكن قوته تضعف وتنخفض معها قوة الرياح ما يرجح أن تكون أضراره أقل مما سببه في الفلبين.

وأعلنت السلطات الفيتنامية، الأحد، إجلاء أكثر من 600 ألف شخص قبل وصول الإعصار "هايان" الذي يتوقع أن يصل صباح الاثنين إلى هذا البلد.              

وأضافت أنه سمح لـ 200 ألف ممن تم إجلاؤهم عن منازلهم بالعودة إليها بسبب تغيير في مسار الإعصار باتجاه الشمال، الأمر الذي اضطر السلطات لإجلاء 52 ألف شخص آخرين، وفقا لما ذكر الموقع الإلكتروني الإخباري الرسمي الفيتنامي "فين-إكسبريس".

He attributed the meteorological experts in the sheer number of victims left behind by the hurricane to double the capacity of the Philippines and its infrastructure to repel this type of storms.
In statements to " Sky News Arabia ," said Director of the Central Meteorological Authority in Egypt , on the pole , "The enormous damage to infrastructure caused by this natural typhoon in the Philippines , it is difficult to be avoided due to hurricane force winds ."
He added that " the sheer number of dead who succeeded him ( Haiyan ) due to the weakness of the possibilities and preparations in the Philippines compared to other countries with advanced capabilities ," referring to Hurricane Katrina, which hit the United States in 2005, and was close to the power of " Haiyan " but the number of victims did not exceed 500 people.
Kotb said that the hurricane " Haiyan " a class of fifth degree , which is slightly stronger than Hurricane Katrina , with winds through 350 kilometers per hour, the same hurricane speed exceeding 30 kilometers per hour.
" Haiyan " threatens the Vietnam
Kotb said that " Haiyan " is now on its way to Vietnam, but his power to weaken and fall with the power of the wind is likely to be the harms caused by lower than in the Philippines.
The Vietnamese authorities announced on Sunday, the evacuation of more than 600 thousand people before the arrival of the hurricane , " Haiyan " which is expected to be up on Monday morning to this country.
She added that allowed for 200 thousand who were evacuated from their homes to return to because of the change in the path of the hurricane to the north , forcing authorities to evacuate the other 52 thousand people , according to the official news website of Vietnam " Fein - Express ."
