إخلاء سبيل "مبارك" فى قضية "هدايا الأهرام" بعد قبول تظلمه

قررت غرفة المشورة بمحكمة مستأنف شمال القاهرة، قبول تظلم فريد الديب، محامى الرئيس السابق حسنى مبارك، على قرار حبسه احتياطياً على ذمة قضية هدايا الأهرام، والذى بدأ تنفيذه أمس الثلاثاء، بعد قرار محكمة الجنايات بإخلاء سبيله فى قضية قصور الرئاسة.
صدر القرار، برئاسة المستشار محمد سمرة، وعضوية المستشارين حسن داوود وشريف نافع، وبسكرتارية معتز يوسف. 

Decided to advise the court of the appellant room north of Cairo, to accept grievance unique Deeb, the lawyer for former President Hosni Mubarak, the decision remanded reserve pending the issue of Al-Ahram gifts, which was launched on Tuesday, after the decision of the Criminal Court to release him on the issue of presidential palaces.
The decision was made, headed by Judge Mohammed al-Samra, and advisers membership Hassan Daoud and Sherif Nafie, and the Secretariat of Moataz Joseph.
