القاسم المشترك الأساسي بين الرئيس الامريكي باراك
اوباما ومعظم الزعماء العرب لا ينحصر في القاء الخطب المطولة فقط، وانما في
كونها تعتمد بالدرجة الاولى على البلاغة الكلامية الانشائية والقليل
القليل من المواقف الجديدة، وحتى لو كان هناك جديد، فإن حظوظه في التطبيق
على الارض تبدو محدودة للغاية.
خطاب الرئيس اوباما الذي القاه يوم امس، وخصصه للحديث عن منطقة الشرق الاوسط، والتحولات الرئيسية فيها، جاء مليئاً بالوعود حول دعم الاصلاح، واقتصاديات الانظمة الديمقراطية الجديدة في مصر وتونس، وبشرنا بنهاية قريبة لنظام الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي، ووجه انذاراً الى الرئيس بشار الاسد بأن عليه ان يختار بين قيادة الاصلاح الديمقراطي او التنحي عن الحكم، ولم ينس حلفاءه في البحرين عندما طالبهم بالحوار مع المعارضة والافراج عن المعتقلين، وهذا كله كلام معروف سمعناه على لسان اكثر من مسؤول امريكي، ولكن السؤال هو حول الخطوات العملية لتحويله الى افعال على الارض.
نقول هذا الكلام الذي نعترف بانه ينطوي على لهجة تشكيكية، لاننا سمعنا مثله قبل عامين تقريباً في خطابه الاول في جامعة القاهرة، حيث وعدنا، وبكلمات بليغة ايضاً، بسياسة خارجية امريكية جديدة تقوم على العدالة والاخلاق، وبناء علاقات قوية مع العالم الاسلامي، والتزام مطلق بحل القضية الفلسطينية على اساس حل الدولتين ووقف كامل للاستيطان، فماذا جاءت النتائج؟... تراجعاً كاملاً عن كل هذه الوعود، وتبني جميع الاملاءات الاسرائيلية، وفشلاً في اقناع حلفائه الاسرائيليين بتجميد الاستيطان لمدة شهرين فقط.

الثورات الشبابية العربية فرضت نفسها بالقوة على الادارة الامريكية، واسقطت انظمة ديكتاتورية كانت تشكل العمود الاساسي لسياستها الداعمة للتغول الاسرائيلي في المنطقة، ومحاولة ركوب هذه الثورات، والادعاء بمناصرتها وتعزيزها هي محاولة لتقليص الخسائر وكسب بعض الوقت لتمكين حكومته من امتصاص عنصر المفاجأة.
اليوم يقول لنا الرئيس اوباما انه قرر التعاطي مع الشعوب مباشرة وليس مع النخب مثلما كان عليه الحال في السابق، هذا جميل ولكن اين هي الشعوب التي يتعامل معها اوباما الآن هل يتعامل مع الشعب السعودي ويتجاوز حكومته، ويدعم مطالبه ببرلمان منتخب وتوزيع عادل للثروة وحقوق الانسان والقضاء المستقل؟ ام ان الدعم الامريكي الانتقائي للثورات يقتصر على الجمهوريات فقط ويستثني الملكيات غير الدستورية.
الرئيس اوباما قال كل شيء ايجابي بكلمات معسولة منمقة حتى وصل الى القضية العربية المركزية فغير لهجته كلياً تجاه الشعب الفلسطيني، فقد توعد بان تصويت الجمعية العامة للامم المتحدة لصالح دولة فلسطينية لن يؤدي الى قيامها، وتبنى الموقف الاسرائيلي الرافض للمصالحة الفلسطينية، وطالب السلطة بالقبول بانسحاب تدريجي وتفهم بل وتنفيذ مطالب اسرائيل الامنية واحتياجاتها، وأصرّ على ضرورة اعتراف الفلسطينيين بيهودية الدولة الاسرائيلية.
غاب عن اوباما، وهو الرجل الذكي، ان الغطاء الشرعي الذي تلتحف به اسرائيل لتبرير اغتصابها للارضي الفلسطينية هو قرار صادر عن الجمعية العامة للامم المتحدة عملت الادارة الامريكية جاهدة على اصداره وتأمين الاغلبية له بكل انواع البلطجة والرشاوى. فلماذا يحق للاسرائيليين الذهاب الى الجمعية العامة لاقامة دولتهم ولا يحق للفلسطينيين ذلك؟ انها الانتقائية الامريكية، والدعم الاعمى لاسرائيل، والاحتقار الكامل للعرب والمسلمين.
خطاب اوباما المساند لاسرائيل، وانتقاداته الخفيفة لها المفتقرة للاسنان، هي التي دفعت بنيامين نتنياهو لاعتماد بناء 1500 وحدة سكنية في مستوطنات القدس الشرقية عشية القاء اوباما لخطابه. فهل هناك تحد ابلغ من هذا واشرس؟
اقرار الرئيس اوباما بخطأ النهــــج السابق للادارات الامريكية بدعم الانظمة الديكتاتورية وانتهاكاتها لحقــوق الانسان، لم يأت كرماً منه، وانما لان الشعوب العربية ثارت، وتثور على هذه الانظمة فاسقطت بعضها ومستمرة في ثورتها لاسقاط ما تبقى، ولن تستطيع الادارة الامريكية وقف عملية التغيير هذه.

حديث اوباما عن حدود الدولة الفلسطينية جاء ملغوما، لانه طرح في المقابل حصر المفاوضات المقبلة في قضيتي الامن والانسحابات التدريجية، واسقاط القضيتين الاهم وهما اللاجئون والاحتلال الاسرائيلي للقدس.
نستغرب ان يصر اوباما الذي يمثل دولة علمانية تشكل نموذجا في التعايش بين الاديان والثقافات والاعراق على يهودية الدولة الاسرائيلية، وهو الذي عانى واسرته طويلا من الممارسات والقوانين العنصرية الامريكية، وكان من ابرز الداعين الى تفكيك واسقاط نظام الفصل العنصري في جنوب افريقيا.
